Curriculum & Timed Instructional Agenda

Every chapter is meticulously structured with defined learning objectives, ethical rules analysis, and trial practice citations.

Why the first question about any AI tool is where it runs during inference — not just where data is stored. Covers the sanctions pattern hitting good-faith practitioners and a four-question checklist for vetting any tool in your stack.

Learning Objectives
  • •Distinguish data-storage security from inference-layer security under Rule 1.6
  • •Recognize why good-faith AI adoption without infrastructure verification fails Rule 1.1
  • •Apply a four-question infrastructure check to any AI tool in use
Key Takeaway: The operative confidentiality question under Rule 1.6 is not whether data is encrypted at rest, but where the AI actually runs during inference.

Credit applies to chapters 1 through 16 only. Chapter 17 is an invitation to try Lex Arca and is not part of the credited time.
