1

Check the approval rule

California credit normally requires an activity approved by the State Bar or an approved jurisdiction. This course has not been approved by the State Bar.

2

Ask the State Bar to review it

The State Bar lets attorneys request approval of an activity through its MCLE Credit Request Form, or apply for activities directly relevant to their practice that substantially meet State Bar standards. Confirm which route applies to you.

3

Check the self-study limit

No more than 12.5 of your 25 hours may be self-study. Ask the State Bar how this course would be classified.

4

Keep your records

Keep your certificate and timed agenda with your MCLE records, and attach them to any request you file.

Note: The State Bar decides whether this course earns credit and in which category. Check the current rules on calbar.ca.gov before you rely on it.
